Drawing on years of building experience and love of federation homes, this project was a pleasure to be involved in.  It allowed us to showcase Jeff’s attention to detail when it comes to building.  Inside and out, all of the federation features were maintained, with all of the modern comforts.

This home sits on an elevated corner block and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, formal dining and rear entertaining area. As you open the front door, a long gun barrel hallway with wooden floors leads to the rear of the house where the kitchen is situated.  Panelling, dado and picture rails give an old world feel – along with feature cornices, plaster bands and ceiling roses. The bathroom has a claw foot bath, porcelain fittings, federation taps and tiles to maintain the period design, as well as,  textured paints.  Street appeal and character is something that this home captures.
